Vivo has posted teasers on its upcoming Vivo V8 Plus smartphone. The device will reportedly have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a sleek edge to edge design.
The phone has 5.5 inch HD IPS display, with 16 million colors. It has a 16 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. The phone's camera has features like LED flash, digital zoom, autofocus, touch focus, and face detection. It is backed by a 2500 mAh battery.
The light weight phone weighs just 166 grams. Under the hood, the device has a Mediatek octa core processor and runs on Android 7.1 OS out of the box. It has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card slot. The phone comes with a plethora of sensors, including light, proximity, fingerprint sensor, compass, and accelerometer. Connectivity options included are dual sim, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, USB, WiFi, and GPS support. The Vivo V8 Plus is expected to launch in December.
